International Travel Insurance

International travel is bound to bring some uncertainties. But there is one thing you can be certain of – you’re taking a quality health care plan with you.
The Cigna Healthcare Medical Benefits Abroad® (MBA) plan provides coverage for unexpected injuries and illnesses that may occur while you’re on an international trip, outside your country of residence or permanent assignment.
Your MBA plan is mobile, like you. That means your benefits go with you wherever travel takes you.

Eligibility: Globally, all full-time active employees who are traveling on business or at the expense of the policyholder outside their country of residence or permanent assignment for no more than 180 consecutive days per one trip. You do not need to apply for this prior to leaving your country of residence.

Veeva 1% Giving

We support employee giving. Giving is personal and should be directed by the individual. Veeva supports your passion by providing the funds—you choose the cause.

Every full-time, regular employee receives 1% of their base salary (as of Jan 1) to donate to the charities of their choice.

  • Global Platform: Access your funds via Benevity (Look for the Benevity tile in Okta).
  • Where to find it: Look under “Rewards” in your Giving Account balance.
  • The Deadline: Funds refresh every February. Unused funds do not roll over—use them by December 31!
  • New Hires: Your amount is prorated based on your start date. You will gain access to the platform the month after you join.
Wellness Reimbursements

Employees can expense up to $500 for physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing expenses per year. This amount is not prorated and this benefit is open ended, therefore it can apply to other forms of wellness other than gym memberships. Some examples it can be used for are dance classes, mental wellbeing apps, and home workout equipment. More examples of eligible and ineligible expenses are located on Share.

For this benefit, you are reimbursed through payroll in February of the following year that you are submitting your eligible expenses for.

Pet Insurance

Pets are members of the family too. When your pet gets sick, bills can add up faster than expected. Pet insurance prevents you from needing to weigh your pet’s health against your bank account. Most plans cover costs associated with accidents and illnesses—even medications.

As of July 1st,  California and Washington do not allow pet discounts due to a new department of insurance regulation. California and Washington residents can still get the free quote and use the benefit but there will not be a 10% off discount.
